Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT) Learning Collaborative

Thursday, December 7th, 2pm - 5pm Pacific Time

This learning collaborative is for providers interested in or new to prescribing gender-affirming hormone therapy to their adult* patients. It will cover hormone initiation, management and surveillance of testosterone- and estrogen-centered therapies.

Experienced prescribers are encouraged to attend our twice-monthly community of practice. Click here to learn more.

*Course content will be focused on care of the individual who has reached a developmental stage of Tanner 4/5.

An application will be filed with AAFP for CME, which will be provided at no cost to attendees.
